Labatut Group is looking for a "Charterer Sales Technician" (permanent contract) for its Veryfret business unit in Portet-sur-Garonne (31).
Veryfret, a specialist in transport organization, is the road chartering division of Labatut Group. With sales of €57 million in 2015 and 500 employees, Labatut Group has been a family-owned SME since 1920. The group offers transport, logistics and eco-distribution services to support its customers throughout their supply chain.
Position and duties:
- Approach customers and prospects by telephone or in person (prospecting and regular customer visits)
- Manage customer portfolios and develop sales activity Draw up and/or analyze business indicators for your sector,- Take action in response to deviations from targets, etc., - Analyze sales,- Define actions to be taken to develop your branch.
- Negotiating contracts
- Build customer loyalty and establish yourself as a key partner
Technical and behavioural skills :
Knowledge of LTL and FTL markets;
Knowledge of market players and potential solutions;
Excellent knowledge of the transmission network;
Knowledge of tariffs and the European market is a plus;
Commercial sense: know how to negotiate spot with customers for "non-standard" cases: emergencies, summer, fixed assets etc.; know how to negotiate with charterers: spot and regular; know how to boost orders and establish commercial contact be proactive and positive: look for solutions ; Knowledge of transport regulations; Portfolio of charterers acquired in previous professional experience would be a plus.
Profile:
Bac / Bac+2 / Bac +3/4 (IUT, BTS , licence or equivalent experience);
Field: Sales, Transport
English is imperative for this position
1 year minimum experience in sales and/or chartering required

Remuneration depending on profile 2,000- 2,500 euros gross per month + variable part + telephone + computer + professional expenses.
