Labatut LVI is looking for a Development Manager for Rental of Industrial Vehicles with Drivers in Pantin (93) on a permanent contract

Tasks entrusted :
Reporting to the Operations Department of the LABATUT Group's VI Rental subsidiary, you will develop national sales in line with the strategy and meet growth ambitions. As a professional in the sale of services to companies in this sector, and with your in-depth knowledge of the economic fabric, you will manage and optimize your portfolio and carry out field prospecting in the IDF region.
Your appetite for selling services to professionals, the transport industry and other economic players makes you a seasoned professional recognized on the national market.

After an integration phase, your main tasks will be to :
- Prospect and market the service offering to pre-targeted companies in line with the subsidiary's sales policy.
- Build loyalty and develop business with existing customers.
- Manage commercial offers and contribute to responses to calls for tender.
- Monitor the quality of services provided by production sites to ensure a high level of customer service and prevent disputes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement system by reporting customer-related production difficulties.
- Carry out recurrent reporting on sales activity (objectives, achievements, reports) using CRM and sales statistics, among other tools.
- Analyze sales results and monitor business profitability with your managers.
- Keep a constant watch on the market, providing insightful reporting to your superiors.
- Participate in Group cross-functional projects and external communication with your management, and contribute to recovery actions.
Technical skills :
Excellent command of service sales techniques, good negotiator and strong closing skills.
Technical knowledge of the world of transport and rental of industrial vehicles with driver and its market.
Standard mastery of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point...) and sales force software (CRM and others...).

Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen, ability to analyze and discern, good elocution, organizational skills and method, tolerance of pressure and stress, tenacity, responsiveness, diplomacy and empathy, ability to convince, fine negotiator and closing skills, team spirit, ability to integrate and integrity.
With a higher education qualification (BAC+2/4 or equivalent), you have significant experience of selling services in the same sector, in which you have demonstrated your development skills and your ability to acquire market share.
Experience required 7 years. Intermediate level of English for this position

Executive status, Salary between €3,000 and €3,500 gross per month (depending on profile and experience) + variable salary between €2 and €6k depending on targets set by management, Company car, Fuel card, Motorway pass, Computer, Telephone.
Occasional travel required.
