On behalf of its subsidiary LVI, Labatut Group is recruiting a "Truck and Driver Fleet Manager" M/F in Trappes (78) on a permanent contract.

LVI, a Labatut Group subsidiary, specializes in the rental of industrial vehicles with drivers.
Tasks entrusted :
Reporting to the Management of the LABATUT Group's Rental of Industrial Vehicles with Drivers activity, you will manage around 15 trucks and drivers on a daily basis.
As direct deputy to the Operations Manager, you will apply and enforce the directives given by him/her, and report daily and in detail on events concerning both the vehicle fleet and the management of the personnel under your responsibility.
Responsible for monitoring the vehicle fleet, you keep track of maintenance and the general condition of the fleet, calling in workshops where necessary. You check on-board documents and the correct use of resources.
You are the main point of contact for drivers in the IDF region, making frequent visits to hiring sites.
You organize replacements for absent drivers and may be required to conduct job interviews.
Periodically, you may be asked to take over a truck to carry out a delivery round.
Skills required for this position:
Ability to manage drivers
Minimum knowledge of mechanics and trucks in general
SPL license and basic knowledge of regulations applicable to road transport.

Profile required:
All profiles with significant experience in the field. Minimum 7 years' experience required.
In a field environment, your technical expertise in driving, truck maintenance and behavior will be an invaluable pedagogical asset for daily quality management. You will be in a position to ensure that our drivers comply with applicable customer procedures. You will be responsible for technical matters, personnel management and customer relations, in order to assess the quality of our service.
Type of contract :
Position to be filled as soon as possible on a 39-hour permanent contract, based in Trappes (78) and Pantin (93) Occasional travel required.
Agent de Maitrise status Salary between €2500 and €2800 gross per month (depending on profile and experience), Company car, Fuel card, Motorway badge, Computer, Telephone.
